Tools:  Geometry and Advanced Algebra II Honors

3-Ring Binder

All notes, handouts, tests/quizzes should be contained within your binder. Everything should be properly labeled with your name, date, and unit. Everything you receive will be 3-hole punched.

Calculator

In order to be successful in math class you must bring a calculator everyday.  The calculator requirements are as follows (make sure you are looking at the right course!):

Geometry: a scientific calculator is required for this course.  I prefer that you purchase a 2-line display calculator, if you don't already have a calculator.  If you are not sure if the calculator is the right one, ask me!  A scientific calculator should cost between $10 and $15.

Advanced Algebra II Honors:    The TI-83 Plus and TI-84 Plus family of calculators are highly recommended for your success this year. I am not familar with any other models, if you purchase a different brand you will be on your own if you have a problem.  We will use a TI-83 or TI-84 calculator for all quizzes and tests.  If you have trouble obtaining one please let me know.

Wiki

We will be working with this wiki throughout the year to build a story of our course.  You will be working with your peers in my other courses to develop this site.

Textbook

To be covered and left at home to complete assignments.
